I decided to make life easy and simply copy SGen to my build output directory to cover all possible cases. That may be the case, and you can easily diagnose that problem by launching the Fusion Log Viewer, then enabling assembly logging, and then rebuilding your project (or rerunning sgen.exe). The morale of the story is, if you perform an application upgrade, make sure you also upgrade all your third party libraries that have dependencies on your product. I'm Running Windows XP, with VS2010 service pack 1.
