Surely, it's Tivo that people are complaining about, and apart from you and Carl most people are agreed that it's pathetic (on any forum you care to read about it). I was under the impression that anything that the TV STB does is done over its own dedicated broadband connection with its own internal cable modem, so you don't even need Was sold a high-speed package but the speeds have never lived up to the hype - we get about a third of the 100mb/s advertised.
By then my mother was dying & I was 350 miles away from my phone!!
