I have tried recompiling the modules again & again but it doesn't work.It's probably not an update kernel issue because I had this issue before the kernel update too. Did you execute /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup ? It has been packaged. Select Articles, Forum, or Blog.
Another thing to try is running Code: sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup though I'm guessing you'll get the same mismatch errors. eval.call(window, this.text) syntax error Google isn't perfect... checked if any vbox rpms are installed, removed any config files. And uhm... The documentation clearly states that the correct kernel sources must be installed to compile the VBox kernel modules. System setup appears correct.

When booting I always had messages of "vboxguest failed" and "vboxnetflt failed". I was able to run my virtual machines with the "Nat" option in network settings, but when I decided to use the "bride"/"host only" option, my virtual machine didn't boot.
