i've never had this problem till i used vista, & this has fixed it.. DO not delete the folder itself, just everything inside of it. It is simple to use and works beautifully. If you have a very important print job that is already in the queue behind the print job that failed, then deleting all of the jobs may not be an option Luckily, the procedure for clearing out the print queue is the same for Windows 8, Windows 7, Vista, and XP.
