When the computer restarted that's when I lost my OS with the missing ntoskrnl.exe. Here are the steps: Insert your Windows CD; restart your computer. I knew that something would come back later to bite me in the butt. So anyone missing their own DVD can borrow one from a friend or something. Finally, IT IS NOT A DUAL BOOT PROBLEM, and It's definatly not the user's fault IN ANY POSSIBLE WAY.
